Q:  What kind of exercise equipment will I need to start?
A:  We have gym based routines, dumbbell based routines, and bodyweight routines available for you. 
Q:  How long will the workouts take?
A:  The workouts will take about 30-45 minutes, 3 days per week in a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday format. 
Q:  But I LOVE cardio! Do I have to stop?
