So, I have to ask you...
Considering it's March... are you "summer ready" right now?
What have you been doing, exactly?
Do you have sustainable plan?

The biggest problem with the fitness programs you've you've tried in the past is that your successes were short lived.

They want you to believe that you have to do a gimmicky, tough-as-nails fitness routine, or you will not get results.
