A:  Full gym access is optimal. You will need access to a barbell and dumbbells. If you have those at home, that works, too. 
Q:  How long will the workouts take?
A:  The workouts will take about 30-45 minutes, 3 days per week in a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday format. 
Q:  But I LOVE cardio! Do I have to stop?
